1. The income figures on this site are illustrative

Plan Your Passing is sold as an educational platform with optional professional white-label and affiliate programs. We display example revenue scenarios on pages including (but not limited to)/partners, /affiliates, /for-realtors, /for-advisors, /for-attorneys, /for-tax-pros, and /workshops. Every number shown on those pages — including but not limited to “$33,000 net new annual GCI,” “$19,200 retained AUM fees,” “$12,600 monthly portal revenue,” “$31,100 annual estate-year revenue,” “$500–$2,000 per workshop,” and any other dollar amount — is a hypothetical example constructed from inputs we believe to be reasonable, applied to a conservative set of assumptions.

We have no way of knowing what your individual results will be. We are not making any claim, express or implied, that any user, partner, affiliate, customer, or subscriber will achieve any specific level of income, revenue, savings, professional referrals, conversion rate, retention rate, or any other measurable financial outcome.

2. Factors that affect your actual results

Your results from using this platform, joining the affiliate program, becoming a white-label partner, or applying any other content on this site will depend on a long list of factors specific to you, including but not limited to:

• Your existing professional license, designation, and good standing
• Your local real estate, financial, legal, or tax market conditions
• The size, engagement, and demographics of your existing client base or sphere
• Your sales, marketing, and follow-up effort and skill
• Your local competition and pricing pressure
• Federal, state, and local laws, including bar and brokerage advertising rules
• Macroeconomic conditions (interest rates, housing market, mortality rates)
• Your compliance and supervisory framework (brokerage, RIA, firm)
• Time of year, season, and ongoing platform changes
• Your willingness to consistently use the system as designed

3. No guarantee of income, results, or business success

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific income, revenue, savings, return on investment, or business outcome from purchasing the book, joining the community, subscribing to a white-label license, joining the affiliate program, attending a workshop, or using any tool on this website.

Statistics published by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and industry trade associations consistently show that the majority of purchasers of business-opportunity products do not earn the projected income shown in marketing materials. The same is true of this platform. Many users will earn nothing. Many will earn less than the cost of their subscription. Some will earn many times the projections shown. We cannot predict where you will fall in that distribution.

4. Past performance does not predict future results

Any testimonial, case study, screenshot, anecdote, “pilot partner” reference, or income story shown on this site represents an individual experience that is unique to that person at that time. Even where those examples are accurate, they are not representative of typical results. They are exceptional results that we share because they are interesting or instructive.

5. You are responsible for compliance

If you become a white-label partner, affiliate, or workshop facilitator, you are solely responsible for complying with your applicable bar advertising rules, FINRA Rule 2210, SEC Marketing Rule, Circular 230 §10.30, state real-estate advertising regulations, Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides 16 CFR §255, the Business Opportunity Rule 16 CFR §437 where applicable, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and all other federal, state, and local laws that govern advertising and earnings claims in your jurisdiction and profession. We provide template language; you are responsible for verifying it before use.

6. Investment in time and money carries risk

Any business endeavor carries risk of loss. The money you spend on subscriptions, marketing, workshops, software, and your own time may not be recovered. You should not subscribe to any paid product on this site if you cannot afford to lose those payments. You should not commit substantial professional time to building a vertical business on top of this platform without independent due diligence on the underlying market and your personal fit.
