Do I need a real estate license in every state on the platform?

No. Your branded portal serves your licensed states. The shared editorial (state-by-state guides) is informational only — it routes families to local attorneys, not to your listings outside your licensed jurisdiction.

Will this conflict with my brokerage compliance?

We provide a Compliance One-Pager you give to your broker. The platform is a marketing and education service, not a real estate transaction. Most major brokerages have approved it under independent contractor / personal marketing rules. We'll help you get yours approved.

What if the family wants to use a different agent?
